Initially I had some issues with CS but after contacting a second time they replenished me with the correct shade and refunded me for a product I didn't intend to order/replenish. I feel like there should be a reminder email to make sure you don't get sent your "summer" shade when it's a winter shipment and the auto replenishment is stuck on summer mode.
I feel tricked on trying a new product, you guys should be more specific on size. If you guys want the costumer to try your products. Should be a very small sample to try - and not the full bottle that will be deducted for my bank account at FULL PRICE. The whole situation for testing - trying a product is just $#*!ed up.

My experience is, always when I got the make up. The bottle is not full; always is more then half. But usually I have to buy other bottle before 3 months. When I bought a commercial bottle of make up, lasted me about six months or more.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
