So, I ordered the foundation the free trial one. As far as ordering it, it was pretty simple. Shipping was very cheap. Which was great! I'm very excited to see how I like this. I don't wear foundation all the time, but I always used Laura Mercier i'm hoping I like this one. I already do because of the price difference.
I was on auto-replenishment and was running out of makeup and had you send it now and ended up with an additional charge of $39.33. This will be my last order for anything. I'm not a happy customer.
I was stuck with two bottles of foundation and color was both to light.Then I ordered the filter and it was empty.I am stil waiting on a refund or replacement. Also I received a $ 25 discount and has been unable to use it on my recent order. I don't like the fact that you can't verbally speak to a person. Thanks.
Well I just answered some questions, took a picture of myself and they had recommendations. I chose 2 of the recommended products to try. I'm excited to try the product! As I knock on 50's door, don't go into an office anymore, I'm trying to make myself feel a bit better by wearing makeup again.
It's supposed to be a "free trial" and supposed to get the brush for free... My money was taken and I was instructed to "claim" my free gift. Very misleading
Not only did they have a sense of humor when asking beauty questions, but they were able to help if i was unsure of what something meant. The pictures they displayed to help determine what our match would be had to be the best part. It was really helpful.
The first product I tried was there I woke up like this. I used their survey to find my colour match and I was matched with the perfect colour foundation. I was blown away with the results.
