Hard to tell what my skin tones were compared to the young smooth skinned models.

Goes on smooth. Not oily. Stays on. Washes off fast and easy.

I specifically clicked the box for a one-time purchase and it signed me up for auto ship.
Why would I sign up for auto-ship when I've never tried the product?!? So aggravating!

At the end of my transaction I was charged for another product I didn't approved of.

Hopefully good so far but I don't like the constant upselling. I hope your product matches well and is as good as advertised. I also don't like that I could not use my virtual card number for my MasterCard for security reasons. It told me that I was trying to use a prepaid card and I was not so a little shady so far to be honest.

I am unsure if this is a monthly subscription service. If so I don't want that.

I am enjoying all the products I ordered. The foundation is light and doesn't take very much to get the look you want. The primer is great as well as the concealer. I'm very satisfied.

I tried matching my foundation but the color was too dark. The return process was very simple which I loved. I was discouraged about ordering again but their team reached out to me a couple of times to see if I wanted to try again. If it hadn't been for them, I would've closed the book on this product. Let's hope round 2 is a match because I really do love the product.

I don't wear a lot of makeup but I wanted a foundation that looked more natural. I took the quiz/trail and I was matched with the perfect color for my face! I was surprised because of my hyerpigmentation but they matched me perfectly! I love the Woke Up Like This fondation and highly recommed.

I received a confirmation for 2 separate purchases of primer while I ordered 1.

I notified them that I didn't receive an order and they replaced it immediately. I've been with this company for years and they have the best customer service I've ever seen. They are trained very well to handle customer issues and it's greatly appreciated.

It was super easy look forward to my trial time to see if I like it. I hardly ever wear make up so we will see

I have nothing but great things to say, I placed my first order and when it arrived later than scheduled (by 1 day) they sent me an email with a gift card, and this was without me saying anything. Then when my first shade wasn't a perfect match, they sent another full bottle (keeping the first at no charge) and another gift card! I have already purchased 3 more other products that I hadn't planned on buying!

My daughter bought me gift cards for Christmas which I am using to purchase products from IL Makiage, love everything I have purchased so far so this gives me a chance to try new products

Perfect shade and lightweight. It's the first foundation I feel I can wear everyday.
