Hello - within 2 minutes of placing the order I tried to cancel via email (I sent 2 different emails to different places) and no response. They are quick to acknowledge orders but not cancellations.
I absolutely love the products, fast shipping, and I get discounts/codes sent to my email for sometimes $10 to $15 off next purchase! The I woke up like this foundation is the absolute best! It's the ONLY foundation that I have tried that doesn't irritate my skin… it's my GO TO foundation. LOVE IT.
So I opted for the try before you buy and it showed I would be charged $5.60. I look at my bank and it charged me full price of $73.80. I contacted the company but there is no phone number, Just email. So I emailed and I'm waiting for a responses.
