I ordered from the online website 16 days ago and I haven't received the items. No updates either which is frustrating and lame. Won't order again.

It stated that I could try the product for free and just pay six dollars for handling and taxes. When the order was complete I was charged almost $60. It sounds a little deceitful. I am requesting a full refund to my credit card.

The power rewind has been very effective in temporarily eliminating puffiness under my eyes. I wish Il Makiage would improve the bottle as it constantly plugs up and I end up wasting a lot of product as a large amount squirts out and you need only a little to smooth under your eyes. If you apply too much, it cakes and you end up starting over.

Ordering from ll Makiage is so simple. The customer service is also excellent. Whenever I have a question or product concern I always get a quick response and any concern is always dealt with promptly.

I was so excited to order the primer that's all over the Internet. I was informed that there was a problem with the carrier and the delivery is going to be delayed. I asked who the carrier was, but got no reply.I guess I have to get my credit card refunded if I don't get the product. Another happy customer!

No free makeup brush, like you use to. Took forever to arrive. And arrived broken. For a company that sells make-up, they should package the items better. Too expensive for the formula to have changed. Im going to stick to my mac makeup.

I was hoping to order foundation as I wanted to try a little darker shade. There's no where to choose your own shade.

I love the makeup and the color is spot on for my skin tone. I have discovered that you only need one drop to get the natural coverage that I desire. And it does not cake at all and wears well even after my daily exercise.

I placed a try for free order and wrote my shipping address correctly in the given box. At first it said address issues and the order wasn't placed. I tried again the second time around and my address was correct. I placed the order and when I received my email confirmation, my shipping address was wrong. I am not sure what's happening with their website. I contacted them and I am waiting for a response.
