I was trying to get a sample to try it but first I didn't expect you would take my money when I wasn't supposed to get charge if I didn't like it sencond you charge me twice and I haven received at least one of the payments I'm very upset that you advertise is false and you trick people to force the to buy, very unprofessional.

Could not find a place for my coupon code after an hour of checking out. Everything I had put in my cart as "try" was deleted when I switched the order to "buy". It was an hour of my time down the drain. The cart should be saved if I change that. Two foundations in my cart threw everything off a second time. I wanted to try full coverage and the minimal coverage. Never was able to utilize my coupon code bc I didn't have anymore time to be on a website. Looks like beautiful products. Excited to try but please make your site more manageable.

Everything went well from ordering through check out. The only thing I didn't really like is the pushing to get you to activate the automated shipment. And all the other questions asked so you can more discounts. Don't take me wrong, discounts are good, but don't push it, a lot of people may not be able to afford them.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
