I received a product and I couldn't get the product to pump out. I discovered the pump tube had broken off and I emailed customer service with photos and explained the issue. They replied almost immediately and said they'd be sending a replacement for free. Not long after that I got an email with the order information. Great customer service!

After contacting Il Makiage, I got incredible support. In this day and age where it usually takes forever to get anyone to help, this company has it together, let me tell you! I was able to pick a shade that ended up being the perfect match! I gave the other foundation to a friend who, I knew, would be a matched tone! The replacement was free! I LOVE my new foundation and will be a customer for life…
I went to order a product I previously have ordered and all was well until I went to check out and an offer to auto-reflll popped up.and the box was filling the space on my screen, covering the "opt-out" option until I figured out how to change my screen to uncover it. Not fair. Please change this or I definitely will not come back to order again.

The products I have tried are the concealer, pore primer and the makeup. All these products are amazing and very gentle on the skin.
My goal was to find out my perfect shade and order a foundation. It all worked great, I placed the order and my order was confirmed. The confirmation window had a section with discount offers but not much information how they work. Expecting to receive the discount with my next order I pressed "claim" button to find out more but it just gave me another discount offer.
Later, from my emails I found out that additional discount orders with a concealer and some other stuff were placed on top of my initial order and I was already charged for them. No way to cancel them or to make any changes.

I first bought the full coverage foundation, but did not like it. I emailed the Il Makiage team and told them my concern, they fixed my concern with no charge. I am very excited to try the lighter foundation and feel confident that if any other problems arise, the customer service team will fix it.

Ordering my make up is easy, but then begins the get a better deal on this and don't forgot to order this and it just gets a bit confusing and sometimes I just leave the site before I even complete my order. I need quick and easy.

I found you on Instagram and gave your "try it before you buy" a shot. It's been at least a year now and I have never gone back. Your products are a bit pricey, BUT you always offer coupons or really good deals.
The only thing I have tried and haven't bought again is the primer. It works well, but I found a competitive product for about $14 versus the $40+. But your foundation? Nothing beats it.

I ordered the red erase primer which is totally awesome. The foundation I chose was 105. I turned into the great pumpkin of all time. I glowed orange and will be reaching out to the company to help fix this.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
