Not happy that it doesn't specify that after 15 days you will get charge with a lot more money and it doesn't let you cansel after you go true the question and add all you're info then it tells you I don't like to have to return items not happy

I originally ordered a trial for a foundation. When I received it and tried it out, the color was very much off. I reached out to customer service and immediately received a response. After answering a few questions, was sent the perfect shade, along with a gift card for any inconvenience! I had a wonderful experience and I look forward to trying my next product!
I placed my order. Went back to make sure I used the correct billing address since it's different from the mailing. Couldn't find the order. The order confirmation doesn't link to my purchase. The entire process to order was weird. Tabs that didn't come forward when filling out the payment. Does not make me feel secure in any way. This better not be a scam. Very poor site management.
I placed an order for 1 item. I received an email confirmation for the 1 item. Then I received a second email for an 'add on' item that I did not order. I contacted the company right away to cancel the second item that I did not order. The response said the order was processed and there is no way to stop shipment so the alternative is to send it back after I receive it. So I am expected to pay for shipping, and go out of my way to return an item I did not order. Not good service.

I didn't realize I had signed up under both emails and an auto fill on one of my accounts. It was quite expensive but they rectified the situation very quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied with the out come and in which the way they handled my situation. The product is great, so is the service and I would highly recommend this brand to anyone. I've been using Il Makiage's After Party foundation for nearly two years and it was a surprisingly fast process for a very good product. I started wearing it because my mom bought it and although make up isn't her strong suit, hers still looked very well done. So I took the quiz and haven't looked back. I don't think I have any complaints.
I love this foundation! Before this foundation I used another brand for so long, but when I saw the coverage from Il Makiage I switched. I also receive compliments on how soft my skin feels with this foundation.

I purchased the exfoliator polish. When I checked out it asked me to purchase other items. I kept clicking skip. After I checked out they snuck in another purchase for me furvthe primer. I did not order this now am being charged. Not happy.
Purchasing product is easy. However, I felt like it's also very easy to accidentally add-on items without knowing with the pink "add-on" button versus the white "skip" button after checkout. Seems a bit deceitful, because if I accidentally clicked the pink button, my card would have been charged additional for whatever product was added.
Was not to long if you had the time to answer few questions about yourself. Nobody knows you better than yourself I agree.
My foundation is a bit on orange tint. Coverage is great. However it does take weeks to receive product. Looking forward to trying new products and customer support has been AMAZING

I am trying to make a legit purpose purchase for an eyeliner and wondered why my purchase was so much more than what I ordered. I am disappointed to see how this add on was slid into my regular check out. I am questioning whether or not I want to ship here again. Please refund that extra money to my account. Disappointed
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
