I ordered the woke up like this foundation in shade 60. The color was spot on and the coverage is okay. It looks nice on but you definitely need a primer. My bottle started to leak around the top and I'm losing product in the cap so I reached out to customer service. They were quick to get back to me and even though I was outside the window of my two-week trial, they promptly made sure I'm getting a new one. I don't even have to send the old one back. They were quick, courteous and solved my problem. Hard to find these days but these guys nailed it.

It was an easy process as far as purchase and delivery. However, I am now trying the product and find the concealer very watery and doesn't really conceal for long. Other than that, customer service has been good.

However, after you agree to pay the shipping of $5.95, you then get a notice from apple pay later, that they have not only charged that (which was agreed to) but also the entire goods! There is no try before you buy, even though they say you have 14 days to try and if you do not have any issues they will then charge you. This is a total SCAM.

There was an issue with the color of the foundation on the initial matching, but the customer service was exceptional! I am SO Happy with my replacement color and it was done so quickly. I love the coverage, and the color is perfect!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
