I already had an account so I went to my account bc I was ready to purchase my foundation. It's all I had the money for right now but the site was so easy to navigate, it was a breeze!
The information on all of the packages and different single products was easily found and was quite easy to read.
My only complaint is the prices could be a little less expensive for those of us that can't spend 50$ on one product of makeup. I'm sure y'all can afford to lessen the it's a little bit and you will make a better profit that way!
I am, however, very anxious to receive my foundation and the brush to apply the foundation. If it does what you so days it dies then I guess I will be spending 50$ on one product of makeup. Please maybe offer free face primer along with the brush for application!
I will let you know how I like the product after I use it for a few days!

Just got my first order yesterday. Tried everything this morning...like all of what I ordered except liquid liner. I have too many wrinkles can't get a smooth line.
I ordered foundation. It said it was a zero charge so I can try it, Just pay shipping. Then the card would be charged a couple weeks later. At check out, it charged the whole amount. Ok, whatever. Fast forward to today, I wake up and theres a random $115 charge from them. NO I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION! Im so tired of these companies pulling this and apparently Il Makiage is no different! Now I find out there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. None. I have to wait 24 hours for a response in email. That was my electric bill money so now Im screwed. WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I dont care how good their products are, They stole from me today.
The foundation is as equal to the one I am currently using. It's okay. I honestly expected more from it based on the ad hype. I feel like you overpromised a miracle.
While trying to place my first order I was bombarded with up sale attempts, confusing wordage and after declining numerous attempts at placing my original order I did not get a confirmation or order number. But, you were very quick to accept my payment. Now I don't know if my order is legit. I emailed customer support, only to get an automated message.
I love the products but have continual problems with fulfillment. The orders do not arrive, I have to contact customer service and then apologies, order cancelled and replaced/ this last time it was sent to the wrong address. I was told it would be replaced (over three hundred dollar order) and that did not happen. Finally on Jan 15, I contacted customer service and asked if the order was ever going to get here. I was informed it would be canceled and a refund forthcoming. I was not asking for that, although the order going to the wrong address had been charged toy cars and not refunded- which tells me the "replacement" was also at my cost. So be it. However, the replacement order did not arrive.
I have tried one. Last. Order. After this, regardless how wonderful the products are (and they are wonderful), I will not attpt again.
First time ordering...
Went through the colour match and ordered foundation and face scrub.
The fountain was not an exact match, however, a quick email was responded to quickly, a few questions asked, and a new colour on the way! Unheard of.
The face scrub/polish is PHENOMENAL and I have used everything from Estee Lauder to Dermologica, Kate Summerville, Dennis Gross and many more... This scrub is the absolute best I've ever used (and I'm in my SIXTH DECADE of living so I should know!).

The site would not allow all my PayPal payment methods to be visible. Highly suggest going to IL Makiage site to select and pay.
There is a pending charge on my account for $48.72 that I never agreed to have taken out of my account every month. Or every couple months however, y'all do it, but I wanna be taken off of that and refunded to my account.
Difficult to get away from the sight, too much "skipping, questions, etc.
Unfortunately, this foundation just isn't for me. I have tried prepping my face with various methods, but the foundation is still coming out in a texture I'm not pleased with. It's cake-y for me, and it feels and begins to look oily and slick the longer the day goes on. It also rubs off on anything that touches my face throughout the day which is not ideal at all. I purchased the primer and have tried the foundation with and without. While with the primer helps the feel, it doesn't keep it "put" or improve the texture. I can't wait to wash my face at the end of the day when I have it on…not a good sign.
I like the light weight and the color is a match but it doesn't at all look natural or like my own skin because of the texture it creates on my face — even with the primer.
I'm still undecided about the concealer. It works for every day, color is fine, but it's not enough coverage for if I were going out, as I can see my dark/green/tired circles through several layers of the concealer.
I've shared my experience with customer service and am hoping to send the foundation back.

Rating 3 1/2 stars. User friendly I wanted to make a one time purchase. The site would not let me skip the auto replenish option it took multiple times getting out of the website to finally make a one time purchase. It would have beneficial to have a chat line or a phone number to customer service
Ready enough but too many add-ons. Shipping time is long up to 10 days! Today is problematic for me leaving on vacation in 8 days. Hopefully I get it faster.
I'm trying new product now, let's see how it works! Excited about the primer. Love the makeup.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
