I'm not a make-up using woman but this intrigued me enough to try because I can try it before I buy it. I just wished it came with the brush.

I love my foundation. Flawless and you don't feel it on. Just purchased two new products to try. Can't wait.
I love the products I purchased but don't care for the push of subscription services and add on's. When I originally ordered I was automatically signed up for the subscription service which I was not interested in, so I was surprised when I was charged for and received an order I didn't want. It was an easy return and I was soon refunded but didn't want or ask for the subscription service or the hold of my money. This is my second order of Il Makiage products and find it frustrating with all the unwanted suggestions. I much prefer to visit a site to place my order without all the prompts which is why I gave 3 out of 5 stars.

I wrote a review on Makiage makeup. I received a $15 Code for doing so. I went to website, ordered a lip liner for $24. Including the $15 Code at Checkout.
Upon checking out another item popped up to purchase. I continuously hit the " Skin" button. Page then went to checkout, ADDED suggested item which brought total to $54.
I paid through PayPal and seen total checked out at $54, NOT COOL!
AFTER PAYING FOR FIRST ORDER OF MAKEUP, I will definitely close account.

The first time I used this product I was hooked. It made such a big difference to my face whenever I use it even. Though I hardly go without it.
After I checked out another item was somehow added. It got confusing and I couldn't click on a thing besides the 20% button. Seems tricky.
I stumbled upon this product line a few years ago and quickly fell in love. I have never found a foundation that matched my skin color so perfectly while ALSO catering to my skin type. I recently ordered their anti-aging cream and look forward to receiving it!
Loved my foundation, color match without trying it on worked to perfection.
On the flip side the concealer was far from it…orange and I needed a neutral tone for my complexion. The customer service team is great in communicating to assure satisfaction, but my trial was up (items received arrived late as notified by II MAKIAGE and well beyond 14 days to received and try) and the company was quick to charge my credit card and notify me not to send the concealer back because the trial time-period is over. I'm sending it back!
I will not buy in this manner again.
They're trying to work with me to correct the concealer, so I'll give them 4 stars for effort.

It might just be me but I find it frustrating to have to get out of one screen to look at another product. In the process the only way to see what in your order is to go to the cart. Then I have to start over. It's time consuming.
Getting my color matched, adding other products and the "Try Before You Buy" were all so simple! This was much easier than Sephora or Ulta!

I've been a loyal customer since 2021, and unfortunately, my recent upgrade to the annual plan has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. To process my recent order for the base #120, the system required me to upgrade to the annual plan. Not only was the process unnecessarily complicated, but upon upgrading, I lost out on promised gifts and essential items from my order.
Despite reaching out to customer service, I was informed that the charge is non-refundable, even though my dissatisfaction stems from system-induced complications and missing products. This lack of flexibility and understanding is disheartening.
The overall experience has left me questioning the customer-centric approach of the company. I expected better service, especially as a long-term customer.
I hope my feedback prompts a reevaluation of customer policies and procedures to ensure a smoother experience for others.
Being a customer I have bought from them before - and got a "birthday " code for buy one get one and let's just say it did not work that way, and they are using every excuse. Therefore, I will share my experience with others.
The makeup that came was very orange. I retook the quiz and got a totally different shade. I am hoping that this one will be better.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
