So far, I have been really happy will all the products I have tried and continue to use several. I've even turn3d my Mom onto a few of the products and she is very happy. My recent purchase was a gift to her, since she loved my new foundation.

Very easy to order. Few clicks and I was able to order quickly.

Even though I signed up for the trial period and was supposed to pay for only shipping. I got charged for the entire order. So that was a lie unfortunately

It was quick and I liked the free stuff but the makeup accentuates fine lines and I would rather use my cover girl. It cosmetics is great and if I'm going to spend $45 on foundation I'm spending it there

I did the test to find my color and when I received it, it was too dark. I just need it one shade lighter.

Unfortunately the shade that I received is too dark. I tried to find the correct shade with the options but the options were limited.

The checkout process is a bit annoying with all the offers trying to get you to subscribe to this and that or add a product at a discount. Id like to be able to choose my items, make payment and be done. I wasn't even sure if I had completed the checkout process without searching my emails for confirmation. I just got out of there before accidentally signing up for something I didn't mean to.

I use to get random charges for nothing! Please observe your system and handle my funds appropriately. I am currently unemployed and I do not have money to play with

They are great at reminding you of your coupons expiring. I forgot I had one and when I get the reminder email I placed my order and applied my coupon! Thanks for the email on products I might like, the best selling items, and ones that match my questionnaire!

I can't believe they really make the makeup seem so perfect but comes in the mail completely off.

I started off with the foundation as my first purchase and, have continued to buy items since. I have been recommending products to friends and family since everything I have bought and used has won me over!

For me an occasional glam girl, could not quite find the perfect foundation. With the quiz I felt confidence in knowing it would totally find the right shade. After reading other reviews and seeing videos had to give it a try. Can't wait for the perfect shade to arrive.

All of my orders have been received in quick order. All the products do exactly as they say I'm pleased with every product.

I found I had to carefully review what my order stated as the quantity of the product I was ordering. Otherwise, I would have unwittingly ordered too much product. Also, I didn't see a final summary of my order which concerns me a little.

I recently ordered my first foundation and concealer from IL MAKIAGE and unfortunately the skin tone quiz didn't get my shades right. After reaching out to customer service regarding the issue Steph has been amazing trying to make things right and offered to exchange my products.
I should receive the new shades this week and I can't wait to give them another try.

These people are awesome. I just had a question about my order and was given a $40 gift card! At first it didn't work and they immediately sent me a new one! Incredible customer service!
