The checkout process is a bit annoying with all the offers trying to get you to subscribe to this and that or add a product at a discount. Id like to be able to choose my items, make payment and be done. I wasn't even sure if I had completed the checkout process without searching my emails for confirmation. I just got out of there before accidentally signing up for something I didn't mean to.

These people are awesome. I just had a question about my order and was given a $40 gift card! At first it didn't work and they immediately sent me a new one! Incredible customer service!
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
