My rating is regarding the skin care products currently being sent to me. My understanding was to try the products first to see if they actually work for my skin, same as the foundation and concealer. Then after the initial trial period, I would be charged. However, I didn't get a trial period and have already been charged for everything, therefore I will be sending these products back immediately.

As for the new products that I receive and try, I get great results every time and I've truly never found a foundation that matches so perfectly and wears all day. At first the color I order was slightly off. The company worked amazingly to get the color just right and I love how it looks and feels.

You sent my order to the wrong address after I changed it several times. I love your products and want to try more but they are expensive and since I can't get any assistance I am going elsewhere. Being a Canadian ordering these products is very expensive. I don't wear makeup everyday and feel like it will last me quite some time. It would have been nice to receive a brush to apply the foundation as you see in ads. The primer feels amazing on my skin. The foundation is also great. Just expensive.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
