I had just been badly color matched by a Gucci rep, when I did the Il Makiage on-line color match. This was the first perfect match I've ever had, and it wears beautifully. I was so excited! I emailed customer service, with what I thought was a mistake on their part. Turns out, it was my mistake, but they treated the situation as if it was their responsibility. I don't remember a company ever doing that before. Great products and a great company. I just ordered 3 more products.
I love the try before you buy, not many places offer that. It is hard to find makeup that isn't greasy and matches my complexion. Il Makiage does great with choices to match perfectly!

So I'm ordering a sample so I can try before I buy it. Meanwhile they charge me $45 before I even got it. The sample that is that was supposed to be for $5.90.
The only reason I left a 3 star review is because when I clicked that I wanted the free trial period with the foundation and only pay shipping when I confirmed my order not only was I charged for shipping but also the price of the foundation. It's very possible somewhere I missed something and why I'm always reluctant to but online.
I love the way this company allows you to try the product and return whatever doesn't work right for you. They also help you to figure out what matches or works better for you. Saves you money and keeps you feeling beautiful.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
