I ordered the IL Makiage Power Wrinkle Fix, it arrived a week after I placed the order. I tried it a few times over two weeks, but it did not work as it showed on all the videos on IG that they are advertising. They showed an older grandma and it was making her wrinkles disappear. My wrinkles are minor compared to her and were still very prominently visible. With the hustle and bustle of family life, I kept intending to initiate the return process, but time slipped away from me. I finally attempted to return it on 2/14, only to realize I missed the deadline by two days. It said to reach out via email since I was just shy of the return policy. I emailed and they basically said no you're past the deadline. I advised then that they should remove that messaging from that page then.
The only thing I am disappointed with is I placed a fairly large order and didn't feel I received an appropriate discount 😕 unless I agreed to a subscription. It is a hard decision to agree to an auto refill until I have had a chance to try the products first without a commitment.

The plumper feels & smells amazing. The foundation is ok - nothing special. BUT now I'm having acne issues! I haven't had acne since my teens (I'm 40 years past those days). I REALLY wanted these products to work. Not looking for miracles, just looking for something good.
Your add-on request to customers is very ambiguous. I had no intention of ordering the NO FILTER primer base. The wording of your add-on request was NOT CLEAR! As a result, I am returning it for a refund.

It's a joke my told was 5.06 and I saw the try before u buy option as I proceeded with the order it went up to 100 someone bucks and I reached out to customer service they told me my order did not have option which is a lie I clearly saw a $5.06 try before you buy fee be careful

I highly recommend the Woke Up Like This foundation. The color matches my skin and skin tones perfectly. Great smooth texture for easy application. It feels great on the skin; not heavy like some foundations I have tried in the past. It did take a little longer to receive my package but for the extra wait they sent me a 15% coupon to use on my next order. Love the try before you buy option but I'm keeping this foundation for sure!
Took and charged my account full price including shipping, no discounts applied, told me they couldn't use my card, but they immediately charged it. No issues with my card. I have submitted a request to speak with someone. No phone number supplied for problems.
I had tried to sign up for auto shipment, not sure if they did that.not sure why such a high charge for these items. Very upset and frustrated. Seems like they just want your credit card #.!
I ordered and waited 10 business days. USPS never received the order. I had to request a new order. They didn't even follow thru. They will send it, but if something happens and the other is received I'll be charged double. I'm afraid that is exactly what will happen. In this day and age (Amazon) you'd think the shipping and receiving process could be a little more efficient. They have offered a $20 gift card for the issue. Let's see what happens. If all is a success, I will follow up with another review.
