I was looking for something to help with enlarged pores. Tried the Repair Serum which was customized to my skin. At first I was skeptical because I have tried numerous products but decided to try one more before giving up. Wouldn't you know it, tried it the first night morning after I received the serum and then that night before bed. I swear to you, the next morning, the pores on my nose were much smaller. I stood there for minute because I wasn't believe what I was seeing but it was real. The stuff actually works. Go il Makiage. You rock!

I did not receive my order, and I have a Post Office Box, I took there tracking number to the post office and they said it was still in transit. But the company tells me I received it, So now where disputing $82.76 charged for BS... THEN
They give me another 20% off my next order. Why when I did not receive the first order can't rate if I never received anything. So be careful
This is the most unintuitive online site ever! If it weren't for the phenomenal products, I'd have quit trying at the second attempt. But instead it took 6 (SIX) times to get what I wanted. I did not need a color match (I already knew what I wanted) indeed I am a subscriber! And just wanted to add 1 item to the order (and had no interest in the enticing extras—-)
If you don't have MANY hours to log in and out and attempt different ways to get the item you want, don't bother. You need a phd to add an item to your subscription ( but wait, I have a phd and couldn't do it). I felt like the site is intentionally clonky to frustrate you into just getting whatever just to move on. This is not my first experience of this nature at this site. They have incredible merchandise, but the site does not inspire window shopping. At all. And THAT, is a shame.

I tried once to get this product and the shipping was very delayed so it arrived after I had left town for the holidays. I tried to situate it where I could come back and give it a week trial since it was supposed to have been delivered already, but I was told no. I still have this shade and it hasn't been used again after trying it.
I decided to give it a second try after a year, and it delivered a shade that didn't quite work out. I tried to send it back to get my right shade, but a promo code or whatever had been applied when I ordered this shade. So I can't exchange this shade, I only wanted help finding my shade, I now have two shades that don't work, and it's just been a whole thing. I still hear some positive reviews so I've been hopeful! It just hasn't worked out yet.
After the first application I love the foundation. Went on smooth and my skin felt soft. The foundation is not tacky and set quickly. I'm very pleased with the product.
I've seen alot of Il Makiage online ads and I appreciated the videos. The website was easy to follow and the care to match my skin tone was thorough. The 14-day trial was also inviting.
I don't want a subscription, there isn't an option to deliver every 6 or more months. I would rather NOT have to subscribe then cancel every time I want to order. This should not take 15 minutes to navigate and DECLINE any other product.
I want to just go to a site and have easy access to the product I want. This was the 3rd time I entered to order because it added items & wouldn't let me remove them from cart. I will say the first time I used this makeup that I used my fingers to apply it and did not like it. I then used a sponge and I did not like it. Had I not seen your product applied with a brush and tried it that way, I would not have ordered it again. You should strongly suggest using a brush to apply. My cousin who uses this said the same thing. I had to go by a brush. You should offer a brush with very first order
No matter what I do the makeup will not stay on my face. I use primer, setting spray, as well as setting powder.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
