I finally got to order this product. I did a great deal of rese4rch and thought it might be worth a try. I am conservative when skin care products exceed $50. There are so many offers that bombard you prior to ending yur order process. I am not inclined to shpe that way. I am happy with my purchase.
I was unable to complete my check out on my phone as the screen would not display the press continue. I had to switch to my laptop to finish my order. The info needs to be accessible by phone view or computer.
I reached out to the customer service group via email regarding the color which is little orange and does not match my skin that much anymore. Their representative Carter who replied was very professional, helpful and fast. He provided a replacement of new color - he was not obligated to do this since I missed the return deadline - and still helped me in professional and kind way. I heard a lot about above and beyond customer service they provide and I have to attest that I have never received such a wonderful and fast customer service before! Well done!

This is the 2nd time I've ordered. Says one price then my card says a whole different price. This time it was over 60$ difference.
Unhappy with both products sending back foundational was caked to th pores the no filter didn't make my skin smooth seen the pores
They have been great to work with in assisting me with finding the right product and shade for my skin tone and coverage preference. Very prompt with replying to emails and super kind and knowledgeable. I love the scent of the foundation, unlike some products, this has a beautiful scent and makes my skin feel and look great.
You seem to not give us an opt out on auto delivery at time of purchase. We have to remember to go back online and cancel an pending order. I do not like the foundation so now I will have to go back in and cancel any future orders. Very inconvenient.

I saw a video on IG,and immediately wanted to buy the product. Took too long: I had to work to do it. Let me know there is a quiz, but make it easier for me just to buy what you were promoting. Highly annoying. And, since it was a wrinkle filler it still took me extra clicks. (This seems to be internal feedback-not about the product-which I am looking forward to receiving.) I know your quiz on foundation is groundbreaking-but this product is NOT that. (I am a highly engaged beauty consumer-formerly in the industry.)
Honestly I tried the primer when my friend let me use it, the product is amazing so of course I wanted to get my own! I go onto the site and order the primer on a free trial, I missed the small print when it asked me if I wanted to save 20% and get a subscription I say yes not understanding that they start charging for the subscription at the same time as charging you for the product so I shouldve paid 47.00 and I end up paying almost $100! I then ask the company why I was charged three separate times for 1 product! Just be careful when ordering and make sure you have double the amount of the what is owed in your account! I also received a $40 gift certificate for the inconvenience which I enjoyed, I go onto the site to buy something with it and I pick the f it flawless concealer for $31 plus shipping total amount $37 I put in the certificate code and it covers the purchase in full! That's great right? I go into my email and I have one that says my card declined a charge for $37 from this company, I'm just trying to figure out why they are charging my card again, I know I said NO to the discount this time so they can't say I wanted it, the subscription isn't supposed to charge me until may 2024! I will be on top of this, these companies most definitely take advantage of the customer, sad really the product is amazing!

I was disappointed to not see results that were shown for the primer, and the foundation is very thin and watery so it offers less coverage than I prefer.
The checkout process had duplicate items stuck in my cart. Challenging to sort out. The e-gifts don't apply auto replenish. When you try to check out or cancel there are multiple popups trying to sell you additional items or asking you to stay.
I liked the make-up but may not stay because of these things.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
