I made the purchase and the cost was higher than I expected. I know why you do this by displaying additional items for hair or face for purchase but requiring someone to take a selfie before you get to the final checkout page of what you came to purchase was so annoying I thought of not purchasing. I actually didn't have a chance to review what I had selected.

Ordered some makeup, did not care for the eyeliner or the concealer. Was contacted to see if I was satisfied. I explained how I love their foundation but didn't care for the eyeliner and concealer. They gave me a $50 credit for other products. I was very happy.

I have ordered twice now. Each time it is difficult to place an order due to the auto ship. Meaning the order is not placed unless you hit the auto renew button. I didn't want auto renew. I think this is bad business practice.
I had to contact your customer service team, because your site is so busy trying to sell me more stuff it failed to confirm my order... just redirected me to yet another survey, for future orders instead of allowing me to get a confirmation number or build an account. Stop selling and start taking care of your existing orders better.
I travel too much to keep up with this. Have been auto charged more than 200.00 and have very little to show for it. I've returned items in a timely fashion but charged anyway. Not for me.
Just trust me try this foundation! So light weight and feels amazing on my face so smooth! I get so many compliments on how amazing my foundation is! I will never buy another foundation this is my new bestie! So happy I won't have to go to Ulta anymore and shop and try a million foundations! Best product ever!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
