I've never been disappointed with any product and they have the best customer service department of any place I've ever shopped.

Power Lift absolutely works! I used it a while ago and I switched to a very expensive Korean skin care company, wink wink. After two months, I'm back because the other company 's product didn't do what power lift does. It tightens up my face and reduces the appearance of wrinkles around my mouth. I will never be without this product again!

The Il Makiage foundation is the one and only for me now! Not only did the color match work perfectly, but the foundation goes on flawlessly and lasts all day! And it looks very natural.

I don't like that it automatically selects a subscription. Now I do t know how to cancel it. I don't know if I will like the product.

I dropped my makeup and broke the bottle. Instead of going to Walmart and getting a cheaper brand until my next delivery in September I went ahead and ordered from Il Makiage. That's how much I like it.

They do everything they can to trap you into subscribing to a product. It's hard to negotiate check out without accidentally subscribing. I made that mistake once, called them and t hey refused a refund. Good product but hate the ploy to make you subscribe.

My experience with this company has been very positive. They are quick to respond to emails and questions related to orders placed. Their team of professionals have shown that they care about me as a customer and I feel valued.

I loved having the auto replenish but I changed credit cards and did not update my account. So, I went and bought the expensive formula. OMG, can't compare to Il Makiage. Missed the glowing look and coverage without looking heavy or matted.

This company is very quick with their orders and the customer service team is awesome. They have very good and timely communication to address any concerns or requests.

I ordered the wrong color and I contacted the team and they were so very helpful and helped me get the correct color and was just so very kind.

Emailed customer service with questions regarding return and the staff was very helpful and got back to me with quick responses. Also ended up getting a coupon/promotion code for my next purchase. Would recommend auto shipping if you find a product you love!

The rate with the company is excellent. However the packaging not so great. My package/box was opened. :(
