I made my first order and ended up with $180 over three separate charges even though I chose to try before you buy option. I tried reaching out to the company, and they told me even though I had just placed the order less than five minutes ago I could not cancel it so now I have to wait for it to come to send it back, which is very inconvenient and unnecessary

What I don't like is false advertising. You give choice on whether or not you want the actual product or the sample product. I chose the sample product because this is the first I shopped with y'all. I seen and heard good things but this was a terrible first experience. I made sure that I it was only the sample product if I a screenshot I would put this review. All products said no charge the only charge was the shipping and handling fee and that's it. But then I said email to make sure the order was confirmed and before I emailed I check my account and it said you took $121 out my account. But order sample product and not the actual product because i remember that being the price for the actual product and I said i want the actual product because i don't know this product will do on my skin. But you charge that any way please cancel my order I want my money back. I already sent you email with my iCloud account I will send another email I need to so I can get my money back. After me emailing the several times and never got a person but after putting review the finally got back to me talking about that don't cancel order. I have shipped it back, and then at like it never charged my card but it did. Terrible experience I don't buy from here, my brother and his wife were right there the entire I was order and they seen me buy my products, and I need something was up when it took me to a "sorry something went wrong" page and I go my account and it been charge $121 instead $6. Crazy and they acting like they don't understand what I'm explaining. Now I have to ship back products that I didn't want in to first place and then talking they charge if I keep the product when already charge it.
It offered me an add on but I did not order one. I was charged for one in the amount of $41. Please cancel that.
I've ordered twice before and the product itself is really good. I normally buy Mac lipstick but decided to come back and purchase more from IL Makiage because of how they feel and look on my lips. They are of good quality. I purchase lipliner as well this time so we see how that works.
I love the commutation that they give upon purchasing and through out receiving package.
They are great at working out issues and refunding if need. This experience came when getting a face foundation that didn't work for me.

The "I Woke Up Like This" foundation didn't work for me. Customer service was very helpful. I ordered the Power lift cream and hope that it lives up to the "hype". :)

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
