I love their marketing promise "Try Before You Buy". The 1st foundation color didn't work. The 2nd color worked perfectly. I only paid once! Now, I have the primer, the foundation brush, a lip gloss and concealer is on the way! Their Customer Service is fabulous!

I received the No Filter Primer on March 19th and just started using it. It goes on silky and smooth and I rub it on my pores for about 25-30 seconds. I haven't seen any changes yet but am hoping I do soon.
You should be given the option to review and cancel any product item before it is purchased. Every time you click on an item it automatically adds it to your order and the next thing you know it's been purchased. This is not right.
I really like the concealer F*** I'm Fabulous! Covers well but its still light enough that it doesn't cake in the lines on my face.
Well for one I do not like to put into a subscription when I am not even sure I am going to like the product and I for one did not click the box to be put into a subscription but apparently it didn't matter...so I will be canceling that.companies that do this automatically to customers I feel are are just fraudulent.money hungry if you will...

They will charge you shipping AND the full price of your order the SAME DAY as you order. The full price is what they say is a "pre-authorization". In my bank account it's showing as a normal debit transaction, not a temporary hold and it took the full balance out. In the fine print it says this is for the full duration of your trial. Meaning, they charge you full price and you get refunded if/when you send product back. Not the same as a free trial where you just pay shipping, which is exactly how they advertise it. Unethical and predatory.
I'm trying the makeup but not sure if I will keep it (even if I like it) just based on this experience. Just say you do returns, like every other makeup company.
I've been emailing customer service about my problem with my lip lines, everything else I can live with. I've had my lips done about 18 months plus fillers. Customer service told me to try their products before getting it done again. I'm excited I hope it will work
I've liked several of Ilmakiage's products before, and I was intrigued with the lip plumper. I received it, tried it - and it did nothing more than what a normal gloss does but with a "tingle" sensation. No problem, I tried it.
But when I replied to get a refund/return (twice), I've heard nothing back.

I have purchased The primer exfoliator and moisturizing cream. I love them all. I am 65 and these products are the BEST!. They make my skin feel & look extremely wonderful. Can wait to try all there products which are made with excellent quality. Oh and the packaging is also excellent!
Foundation and concealer are wonderful. No more oily skin halfway through the day and both products stays in place all day. Can't wait to try the primer I ordered!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
