I saw their post on instagram claiming "try for free, and pay later" only pay for shipping. First of all I only wanted to try the foundation, and some how the concealer go into my order. When I was ready to checkout I double clicked my Apple Pay and it said it was charging me 81 dollars for two products. I only added one product to the cart which was the foundation and i was only suppose to pay the shipping fee. This company is extremely misleading, and unethical. I tried to call and cancel my order there is no number to reach them. I also believe they automatically put me in the auto replenish program where they will charge my card every month or 3 months not sure. How can I get out of this mess?!
It is very easy to order from Il Makiage. The product is not cheap, and when it is transferred to Canadian funds, it's even more expensive, but I have had very good success with their products.
The team was helpful on how to use the site. The questions were long, but it made sense on why. I just wanted to make sure based on the questions if the product is truly made for my skin. I took the questionnaire for an exfoliateor but I noticed I could have just added it to the cart with no questions. What's the difference? Is it the same? I ordered the one you add to the cart without taking the test, so I am REALLY hoping it is customized to my skin remedy!
This tanner goes on smooth, smells good and lasts about two weeks for me. Gives a natural glow when I need it.
This review is only from the opening of the package (beautiful packaging by the way) and seeing the foundation on the box and bottle. Upon taking the bottle out of the box, I wiped the bottle off and the bottle is broken and has a hole in it.
The worst experience ever I only tried it because they said that I would have a free trial however, hours later, I receive a huge charge to my card for the products that I didn't even receive yet, so how is this a trial. I didn't even know if I like it or if I want to keep it that was the only reason again why I said that I would try this product! This is horrible Customer Service and I will never purchase from here ever just because they have no integrity and keeping their word!
I was excited about this product but it doesn't work as shown! It worked on the forehead but not work on the rest of the face! How do I go about returning it?

I returned my previous order and realized I had to eat some expense due to me. They worked well to explain how things worked. Read it or ask questions because they do tell you how it works. If ordering just for free products you can still do it but in a different way. Enjoy their products!

After my first purchase I was emailed almost every other day with coupon codes and discounts. However, I did not need to buy new foundation for about 6 months after my initial purchase. I was emailed discount codes for like 4-5 months and then as soon as I needed a new product I had no discount codes available to me which was disappointing considering the large number I had received before.
I wasn't happy with the original shade that was chosen. I contacted customer service and they quickly suggested a new shade and it is on its way. Very happy with the way this was handled.

I am a 63 year old white female that has had a hard time with my foundation. I was using MAC and it would always make me look older. When I bought my first bottle of foundation, I couldn't get enough. I can wear it all day and not have my wrinkles look pronounced. My face is still moist and looking good. I absolutely love this product and will continue to use until I die. Thanks So Much
I have worn makeup my entire life, i have resembled an oompa-loompa to a raspberry, or even a sickly ghost, but never have i been able to get the natural look I wanted till now! I watched your videos of women applying your product and I am actually shocked, it really does cover perfectly, i dont use near what they apply, a lil dab will do ya, but still the range of cover is amazing! It doesn't feel like its there either. When i apply other makeup, you can feel the heaviness an the dirty feeling, with yours its light, and I feel my pours still being able to breathe! This makeup is magic and with the online testing, its perfectly matched to ME! Thank you!
Website was fine and clear but message after message about autoship and 20% off products felt desperate and pushy. Felt like maybe I just got scammed or something.
It is very nice makeup but I was hoping it was going to cover my imperfections as seen on the web site. I have fine lines and dark circles under my eyes. I was hoping the concealer would help but it didn't improve the situation. I don't know if you carry a foundation that would help with this. I will eventually need at least a shade darker than I received previously, as I do get darker in the summer months.
