They charged me for the entire product, I sent a message to ask them to explain why it said I could try it for 14 days. To this day they do not answer me.
The foundation I purchased is too thick and shows my wrinkles even more!

Customer service is very helpful. You can always speak to someone to help find the products needed for any specific problem.
I would have given it bc a five but since your site sneakily put an add on purchase that is a one click and you don't have to put through the cart, I gave you a one. That is not cool because now I have to call and get it removed. That is inconvenient and annoying. Sneaky tactics like this make me question your product.
The products are great. I wish the website had an option to save your information. Ex: have a beauty profile of your shade matches for all items and suggestions for possible other matches (your foundation match is x, we suggest concealer in y), so you don't have to keep redoing the 'find my shade' test. The order history didn't keep all my orders so I have to keep my bottle to make sure I reorder the right shade.
This will be my second time purchasing from Il Makiage and I am really impressed again. The customer service is very good and I'm excited to try more products.
This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Il Makiage. They make it so easy,almost too easy! Lol! So far I'm extremely happy with products I've ordered. Waiting on next shipment now... pretty dang excited!
