First off, the attention to detail and following up with all their customers is wonderful. On top of that, one of my products was damaged during shipping and the customer service team was quick to respond and help me get a replacement so that I can try out their product. I'm super pleased at how they connect with their customer to make sure are 100 happy.
My initial foundation purchase was too dark, and it was past my return period so I sent them an email asking what I could do to tone it down. They responded and I got a $20 off another product, so I chose to purchase the pressed powder in a lighter shade. Hopefully that would help. It's still on the mail so Iwillsee. I SO much appreciate how responsive they werr in trying to help me resolve this issue.
If you order a product using a discount code, the 'code applied' should appear in the order as opposed to the 'get discount' button which adds additional products instead of confirming the initial order received the discount.

The experience is horrible they tell you you're only gonna pay five dollars and some change and then they bill you and take $80 off your card. False advertisement.
I thought wow that's a great product by the reviews! That's awesome you get try it out before you buy, so you know the shade is correct. I paid for shipping which was all that was supposed to be charged. And an additional $81.52 was charged to my card!

Contacted customer support 10 days after my subscription was supposed to be sent for a tracking number, turns out they hadn't posted it at all! Whilst customer support got on to it and got it posted I am now 20 days past when my subscription should have been sent still waiting! When you are spend so much money on their products was pretty disappointed, and having already paid for a year for my subscription I am not sure whether I will bother once the year is up!
I ordered the Woke Up Like This foundation shade 35 but it looked orange on me. I redid the color match quiz and the suggested shade is 20. I sent an email and received a response in less than 30 minutes. Customer Service was great.

I ordered the power polish and concealer.
Was skeptical about the power polish wash. I have been using it for a few weeks now and I like the way my skin feels afterwards. Haven't noticed much of a difference in my skin texture, but I still love it. The concealer works WONDERS! The color is perfect for my skin, so creamy and I love that it lasts all day and doesn't crack!
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
