I'm still trying to get used to the makeup ( foundation and just ordered primer) but the foundation does seem to really match my skin tone but if you have large pores or dry skin you do need to prep with moisturizer and primer or it won't look natural. I'm excited to try the primer when it gets here! I just spoke with someone about a confusion on my orders and Jennifer was EXCELLENT in helping me, I even got a $40 coupon just for a confusion! I would order from them again for sure!

During my checkout, I wrongly clicked to add an item to my purchase (I wrongly clicked "save 20%" from my phone, instead of "skip"), and it did not make me go back and change my choice, so it was added to my original purchase and I automatically paid for this second idem. However, I contacted the costumer service explaining the issue, and they immediately helped me and gave me refund for this wrongly purchased item.
1st, I was under the impression, I was ordering the try for before I bought, but I see that I was charged for the entire order.
2nd, I have no idea when I will receive the product but have received numerous emails about signing up for a subscription!
I did not subscribe to any product. It was trial, it said "match your shade and only pay shipping". After matching my shade at checkout it showed the shipping amount of $6.41 but than it charged my card for the whole bottle $48.92
That is cheating. Now waiting for them to reply my email. They do not have live customer service.
Customer service is really good. I love the makeup BUT every time they send a special offer to my email, I have to go through the agonizing task of doing their skincare quiz. I already know my shade, etc but I have to do this to get the free gift. Also, after doing the skincare quiz a thousand times, if you don't order, there's no free gift UNLESS you place an order.
I purchased the self tanner after doing the quiz.

I like the canvas tote even though it is a bit small.
However, the kabuki brush is falling apart. When I used the brush it shed A LOT.
I purchased this tanner because all the reviews said no orange and pleasantly scented. Unfortunately it IS orange and the scent is very similar to other tanners I've tried. My fiancé said it smelled awful and asked me to wash the sheets after sleeping.
I didn't see transfer to my towel after my morning shower but I also feel like the tanner became patchy after I showered.
Not impressed.
I have no word how exceptionally professional and beyond perfect this team is. I got open package and when I sent an email mail, response I got in minutes was unbelievably fast! Products are amazingly good. Your products are right on dot!

Was too light shade 60 on my skin and i look too white. I believe i need a little darker shade

I can truly say I love ALL their products. Switched out all my makeup out to IIMakiage. Love the fact you can try before you buy!
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
