Although I like this brand, Il Makiage, I found that the lip palette lacked the desired pigmentation for my darker lips, and applying it didn't seem to enhance the color as much as I had hoped. I was anticipating deeper, warmer brown shades, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Nevertheless, I'll remain open to trying different products from the brand in the future.
So selected try before you buy and my card was charged twice once for the full amount and then the second time for the try before you buy option and there wasn't an option to cancel so I'm reaching out to customer service of course there is no phone number to call so I'm pretty pissed. I don't even know if the color is gonna match
I haven't received my order yet but am looking forward to trying it. The emails and link to your website however is constantly trying to sell more products and is tricky to exit out of without signing up for subscriptions. I find this a bit off putting. I would prefer to try the product before being pressured to sign up for subscription
False advertising & denying to stop a pending transaction is wrong! I will be contacting my bank & the Better Business bureau for my refund.

I am very skeptical of products but have been looking for a foundation that covers the speckles and uneven color. I ordered the Il Makiage and let the questions decide the shade. I absolutely love it.
And love how it covers so well without being made up looking. Glad I took the chance. I now have my personal favorite.

I ordered a free first time user promotion and checked the pay for shipping only box. I did not apply for subscription or another product but it appears I was charge $82.29 for the order. I am going to speak with my bank as well but want this voided asap please.

I absolutely love this makeup. This is my 2nd time ordering and it again has been a smooth and easy experience.
I decided to try before you buy. It clearly states that you will be charged for shipping only but not the full amount for products until the 14 day mark. If you have not started your return, you will then be charged the full amount. I was charged the full amount immediately and of course there's absolutely no way to contact this company except through email. I never would've placed an order to try a product that I couldn't easily return. So now I'm stuck with a charge of $101 and who knows how easy the return is going to be if they're this fraudulent on the try before you buy
It's seems to be a good product unfortunately it is scented and it made my eyes swell. I cannot use any products that have any form of scent in them
After placing my order some how some "add on" was added to my order and payment processed. I ordered exactly what I wanted, I didn't plan on spending even more money. Super disappointed in this company.

After you place your order you see something come up on the bottom that says earn 20% off or something. But really you're adding an item. They got me once with it and when it displayed a new item and the 20% off again I got wise. It's very misleading and tricky. Other than that I like the product.
So far the product I ordered, foundation, seems very good, but I couldn't get a free brush with my order. So I selected auto- replenishment. I had difficulty in after I selected auto-replenishment. I couldn't delete the foundation I just had purchased and you wanted to resend the foundation if I selected "ship now". Once you have items in a cart, products and offers just keep popping up and it is difficult to control or change order. I do not like this about your website.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
