I was excited to try this trial makeup experience. On completing the questionnaire I was fitted with my makeup, concealer and primer then I wason my way to checkout. Using my debit card which I've always done for purchases on different websites my card was declined and I was forced to purchase with said card at full price on the spot skipping any and all trial options. Ofcourse I'm here wondering why did it not work initially. Maybe ll Mikiage will have a response for that question. I rated my experience with a 2.
I ordered from the company and I was only to be charged shipping but then you charge me for the product the same day. It was to be a trial and then if It worked after 14 days I would be charged. What is the issue here. Then you charge me for shipping and handling on that also. Incorrect billing practices.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
