I love your products and I will continue to support as long as I am happy with the products. I took the auto purchase off not because I'm disappointed with the results, but when summer comes around and my complexion changes I wont be able to wear the same shades.
I love the product but the packaging is deceptive. Can't tell how much product is in the bottle and in fact it ran out after 30 days use and I did not use it every day. Pretty disappointing. The bottle says 25ml and maybe the pump is broken but because of the packaging I can't open the bottle to check.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
