Loved both the foundation and primer. It feels really great on your skin. The eyeliner that was sent as a free gift was really great too. The customer service experience was incredible. I plan on trying some of their other products.

Trying to do an exchange and things are not clear for the process.

I tried the samples and they weren't quite right. There was never a hesitation to make it right. The Customer Service was spectacular!

I only wanted the wrinkle filler. The site would not let me "view my order" to delete the plump up cream. After numerous tries and other avenues, I ended up having to start all over. This was rather frustrating.

Why did I get charged 2x. It says they will not charge you till you try it but was charged for the product and additional 7

I love your products and I will continue to support as long as I am happy with the products. I took the auto purchase off not because I'm disappointed with the results, but when summer comes around and my complexion changes I wont be able to wear the same shades.

I love the product but the packaging is deceptive. Can't tell how much product is in the bottle and in fact it ran out after 30 days use and I did not use it every day. Pretty disappointing. The bottle says 25ml and maybe the pump is broken but because of the packaging I can't open the bottle to check.

My face literally looks orange … very disappointing after reading all great reviews and everything. I was pretty exited, until I wasn't. Bummer

I am very confused because i saw an add for your 1st bottle free. I signed up for it and now i have a $50 charge on my card

My card was charged almost $100 immediately. For solely THIS reason I will not be repurchasing. You cannot be trusted to have integrity, and that just says it all…for me.

Love the primer especially and just ordered a lip liner…also the foundation is very good too

I brought the self tanner just to use until I had time to get some sun. But I loved it so much I kept using and love it. Will be ordering the tanner again.

It could be my fault also picking out the wrong color. I am hoping that the new ones U send will be just the right ones. Also, please send me a free return label so I can get the pkg.sent back.
