Overall, I like the idea of trying before the commitment to buy as the products are a bigger price. I would have preferred the option to buy the foundation brush as opposed to needing to subscribe, but I get the marketing ploy there. I'm not big into subscriptions especially for makeup products. Excited to see how this foundation measures up to bare minerals. Hope that llmakeiage keeps their products stocked and doesn't discontinue colors like the problem bareminerals does.
The only frustration I had was being unable to tell which product I was looking at in the My Orders page. The reorder process would have been faster if that info were available. Also, I would appreciate a six month option on the subscribe and save feature.
I have continued to order from this company because of the service. I am given promo after promo to try and it helps making trying different products a bit less scary. I have liked everything I have ordered so far even the free mascara that came with my first order! I truly do enjoy this company
I copy/pasted my review coupon code into the correct field at checkout and when I clicked the checkout button, it didn't register my coupon. Bummer, but everything else was great and I'm excited for my products.
I signed up for a free trial was supposed to only pay $5.90 for shipping and handling and a total of $92 came out of my account. This is the biggest scam I've come across.

So I was very hopeful and excited to try this foundation makeup. I loved the silkiness and consistency of the product but the shade was just slightly too dark for me. I was going to swap it out but after trying it as is (I didn't go out lol) I discovered it came off very easily. Eating/wiping mouth area took it right off. It was clearly noticeable the lighter area around my mouth had no makeup left on it, also showing that it was slightly darker. I wish it had better staying power like the outlast type. I also purchased the POWER LIFT and I have to say it's outstanding!
The purchase happened so fast that I didn't even get to apply my $15 gift. I'm disappointed that I had to pay full price when I've been a loyal customer for a couple years now.

IL Makiage makeup works great. Purchasing products through the IL Makiage site is annoying. They keep trying to REPEATEDLY sell you more products as you're trying to check out. The checkout process is terrible. Too much trickery. Read everything well and scroll to the bottom of each screen to SKIP the nonsense. Felt like they were trying to scam me repeatedly.

I did the try before you buy promotion, the first set I was sent wasn't not as close of a color match as I would like. I contacted customer service and they replied within a hour with a response and they not only are making efforts to correct the incorrect colors they gave me a gift card towards future orders for the trouble!
The primer I ordered covers all my pores and wrinkles and the foundation is incredible. Weightless with full coverage with small amount of product used. This is by far the best makeup I have ever used. I love it!

My phone has blown up with emails and texts. Do you really need to send them so fast and so many? I feel like someone is stalking me. I haven't even received my trial foundation yet. I'm almost afraid some guy and a suit and white gloves is going to visit me with a pretty pink box and help me try out the foundation. Lol!
