I had an Email gift card I wanted to apply to the current order & did not have the opportunity to add the Card # to apply to the order. I find the ordering process or website difficult to navigate

It clearly states you get to try the product for free before you buy that only need to pay for shipping fee. Once you agree and pay the shipping fee. They charge you full amount automatically.

I am sure their makeup is great but you can't trust their "Try before you buy" option. I did that under the impression "due today" would be under $7. I thought that would work and then if I don't like it I don't have to wait days for a larger return to be refunded. The website took out $7 and the $47 for the makeup even though I hadn't tried it. It was frustrating because it wasn't clear to me that they'd take both amounts out at the same time. So essentially I did not get to try before I bought it.
I usually don't use make up but with this brand you can't tell that you have foundation on. I love it I love the natural look.
I don't mind answering question to help identify the best product, but forcing me to answer 25 more questions AFTER I order is ridiculous. It wouldn't let you skip any of them. Most of the questions were asked twice. Such a waste of time!
So far so good I just placed my order so I have not received my products but the ordering process was uncomplicated so hopefully I will like the product

I didn't get to try before you buy they charged my card Then they decided to give me an e-card for $50 but there's nothing on there that I can buy for 50 bucks because I still have to pay out more money and that's not what I'm trying to do

Website is irritating to navigate. Unfortunately due to my government's unending quest to tax us into oblivion and the price of the product it has become a luxury rather than necessity. I will have to forgo using your product for the foreseeable future
I did the match test and ordered the 14 day trial and was supposed to just pay shipping a little over $5, then I was charge the full amount for the products at the time of order.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
