I had an Email gift card I wanted to apply to the current order & did not have the opportunity to add the Card # to apply to the order. I find the ordering process or website difficult to navigate

The survey and purchase were both very quick and easy. I am really excited for my purchases to arrive and see how this goes.

It clearly states you get to try the product for free before you buy that only need to pay for shipping fee. Once you agree and pay the shipping fee. They charge you full amount automatically.

Concealer it's not that much in the grey container for the price

I was under the impression shipping was free. I have just placed my order to try before I buy, so I will not be able to give a fair experience of the product. I am disappointed I have to pay shipping

I usually don't use make up but with this brand you can't tell that you have foundation on. I love it I love the natural look.

I don't mind answering question to help identify the best product, but forcing me to answer 25 more questions AFTER I order is ridiculous. It wouldn't let you skip any of them. Most of the questions were asked twice. Such a waste of time!

So far so good I just placed my order so I have not received my products but the ordering process was uncomplicated so hopefully I will like the product

I did not get my new ordered product yet so I cannot rate it yet, but the order process was very nice and easy to navigate the website and the promo codes they offer actually work.
I've used their Foundation before and liked it!

I don't like the fact that you all advertise try before you buy but the money is still taken out of your account right away.

Great product! I struggled for years trying to find a foundation that matched me and didn't make me completely oily. This is an amazing product that has completely changed my make up routine. It is smooth and the color match was amazing. Thank!

I didn't get to try before you buy they charged my card Then they decided to give me an e-card for $50 but there's nothing on there that I can buy for 50 bucks because I still have to pay out more money and that's not what I'm trying to do

Website is irritating to navigate. Unfortunately due to my government's unending quest to tax us into oblivion and the price of the product it has become a luxury rather than necessity. I will have to forgo using your product for the foreseeable future

I did the match test and ordered the 14 day trial and was supposed to just pay shipping a little over $5, then I was charge the full amount for the products at the time of order.

Every product I have ordered from Il Makiage has been exactly what was advertised. I love their products!

I was very happy with my purchases and like the fact that they give u a return window space.
