Everything should be out there clear. From charges to shipping. I feel frustrated with your setup and I buy a lot of stuff online.

It was very easy to find out my skin tone. All the pictures and questions helped me figure out what color match i needed.
This company is overpriced and overrated. Even after cancellation and returning products my account was charged. CS says it can take up to 2 weeks to process a return, however we're going on 3 weeks and I've yet to see any progress for my return. The first rep had no idea what they were doing, gave incorrect information and didn't even bother to look at the order to verify what they were conveying. They throw out gift cards like crazy once they've gained access to your bank account, but only one gift card can be used at a time and there's no return option for any items purchased with a gift card… this company has executed several sneaky ways to scam customers out of their money with products that are of drug store quality at best. Don't waste your time but if you decide to try it anyway, just know that the money you authorize to them is not coming back.
