The time changed from "get it by 5/9" on Google. One I clicked on the site and paid it was 3-10 business days. Then I went to call to cancel and realized, there isn't even a phone number,only email. The whole thing feels sketchy. I won't get my product in the time frame it's needed and I would like a refund ASAP.
I ordered 055, wake up like this. I have bought it in the past too, but this time the shade is too dark for my complexion, and it leaves so much texture on my skin.

Tried to add Inkliner to my auto-replenish order, but couldn't find a way to do that (from the cart, the product page, or my auto-replenish list). Had to talk to customer service twice to get clarity that some items aren't eligible for auto-replenish - not sure why, but it means I have to pay additional shipping & forego the discount even though I have products shipping this month. Spent more time and money than necessary for a simple purchase - but the products are great

The product is of quality and feels good on your skin. However, the packaging should be adjusted. The reason being is that when the primer bottle pump no longer squirts out primer there is still a lot of product left in the bottle that you aren't able to use. Twisting off the top is difficult but I highly recommend because you are able to some primer out by taking the pump and running it along the sides. I just feel like there is a lot of product left inside the bottle that you cannot access and it just gets thrown out. It's like throwing some money away. When you pay a premium a soft tube package would be better because you can cut off the top and access the inside to get all the primer.
When I read how trying the product works for free it states that you will not be charged unless you do not return the product in 14 days. I checked my account and I was charged in full! Not good!
My friend recommended this foundation so I wanted to try it. Firstly I hate when you can't try a make up on in a store, but decided to go for it. I took the quiz three times, and got three different perfect color matches. I tried reaching out by email, but just got a response of try one and you can always exchange it for a better match. I don't love that idea, but decided to do it. I first tried to chat with someone, and was sent to a form to fill out for a $1 fee to actually chat with someone. RIDICULOUS! I couldn't go back either. I had to start over. Very frustrating. Nonetheless, I'm trying it out. Hope it's worth it

I just placed an order. It said if I auto replenish I get 10% off. I did so and the price never changed. It would have saved me $3.60. No biggie.
Then after order I got option to save 20% on ANYTHING. When I went to order a lipstick it stayed $27. I give up.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
