I love your products but your website is way to pushy trying to upsell other products when I am trying to check out. I just placed an order for foundation and primer only and was charged for lip plumping lip gloss that I did not choose and do not want.
I subscribed to your foundation last year and would like to change my subscription but when I log in it does not show my subscription information, it shows that I do not have a subscription yet every 4 months my debit card is charged and I am sent foundation and primer. I reached out to customer service and they said everything was good with my account and they sent me a link to follow. I used the link and still cannot view or make changes to my subscription. Furthermore there is no telephone number on your website so that I can talk to a real person.

I placed an order for one bottle of their liquid makeup using the $30 gift card that I received many months ago for a past problem. I was charged for two bottles (which I did not order). I was also charged for two items that I was considering ordering on their "Try it First" program. When I saw what the total cost would be I DID NOT place the order!
Right now my account is now overdrawn over $114!
If they do not REFUND me the $81 + dollars or the remainder of the $64.66 order I will be reporting to my bank of fraudulent charges!

I recently took the perfect match quiz and can't wait to receive my new foundation and makeup.
I applied the lotion to my total leg area, and it goes in well, love the results. I also applied it to my face using the special face brush while doing light circular motion. I have an area on my right cheek that is a dime size age spot or dark area, and apparently the tanning lotion really darkened this area. I think the instructions should certainly mention this fact before applying it to any age or dark spots. Not too happy this happened.
I had bought from IL one time previously, the shade was not it. I keeped doing the test and no matter what I got the same shade all the time and it was not a match so I had to pick one that most looked like me. Other then that I like the formula.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
