I do like some of the Il Making products and have purchased some of them a couple of times. It is very annoying that you can't just simply checkout. They continue to have screen after screen with other products with a small button at the bottom that says "skip". You are never really sure whether or not you have completed the checkout process, this all happens after you have entered your credit card information. Il Making is also big on their auto-replenishment program which it seems to just set up for you at the interval they seem to think is best! Cancelling auto-replen is just as unsure as the checkout process. Their step by step cancelation instructions do not even pertain to their website. There is no "auto-replenishment settings" nor is their an "edit" button. I unchecked the items that were checked by them for auto-replen and then crossed my fingers that it actually worked because once again there isn't a submit or confirm button. I have thought about finding other products from companies that have clearer website and ordering processes but just haven't done it yet. This last order may be just what motivates me to do it!
I wanted the product that I purchased but the other crap annoyed me to no end… the 'add ons'. Uggggg
The makeup I've tried so far have been perfect matches and apply so beautifully. I also can't say enough about their customer service! They are so quick so respond and extremely helpful!

This is fraud. They never said they will charge for whole subscription. But once I clicked on pay. They charged for whole subscription + the shipping charges as well
I love the products! Everything I've ordered is of absolute quality and I see results! The only thing I don't like is that when you order one product they literally make you take the second product because the skip button does not work. This has happen every time and sometimes I just don't have enough money for that second item promoted. Someone should check that out.

I've always loved Il Makiage and has been using it for a couple years. I never have to use a foundation eversince and I am always getting praises on how natural my skin looks like. This time I went on Autoreplenish but the discount did not reflect and instead I paid more. Pls check my account I got overcharged.

El dia 22 de mayo hice mi pedido con un total de 47.93, era una base #45 y de regalo me enviaban una brocha, tambien me inscribi en la reposicion automatica de cada 3 meses.
Mi pedido devio haber llegado el dia 29 y hasta hoy 06/01 no lo he recibido.
El dia 23 de mayo vi el descuento en mi cuenta corriente de 47.93, que es correcto,
Y el dia 28 de Mayo me han hecho otro decuento de 64,45 que es incorrecto, yo no he hecho ninguna otra compra, podria solucionar este probema por favor, les agradecere

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
