I really like the power redo anti aging blur and smooth wrinkle filler. Also the concealer.
I have what they call hollow eyes. Like a half circle thingy below eye. Duh! Trying to make it dissappear. I have few tricks that seem to work along with the product above.

I still had to bounce around...checked my cart and saw that it had too many items. Tried to find a remove...had to keep clicking and bouncing around! Your website should be as seamless and smooth as the make-up you are promoting. The try it/buy it/ is just not as user friendly as it should be. Find your color interferes with a first time buyer trying your product for the first time should be and repeat buyers also need to have a log in spot...which is another issue. I am a retired teacher so not unfamiliar with computer sites, but this site baffles me! If I had not received the nice reply from your contact service, I would not have attempted to try again. Consumers want a "one and done" way to order or cancel. Thanks for the upcoming order...I look forward to receiving it.

I opted to do the subscription but it didn't give me the discount for it. I received an anniversary e gift code and it didn't include the subscription discount with the $10 e gift code, only the e gift code. Disappointed.
It's quite simple to answer the questions and to order the products.
It would be nice to purchase small sample sizes before going all in on a new product

The try at home set up is not as consistent as it seems. I was charged not only the $5 as expected but also the full amount two days after placing the order. I haven't even received the product and was not ready for this money to be pulled. It is to me the principal behind it. Inconsistent information in order to sell does not make it for a sweet experience. I have cancelled the order and have not even received it unfortunately. Bitter taste with the spotty service.
I had ordered the wrong shade of foundation but it had been the 30 day return limit. They were so kind and sent me a complimentary bottle of the correct shade. They are amazing at customer service.
For the most part the company has been good. The color match foundation was way off and I am now stuck with $100 of makeup I cannot use. Other products I will continue to order, but the order process is not very smooth. They want to charge you individually for each product unless It on an auto ship. Again, there are some fabulous products, but I won't be ordering what I already know doesn't work and that's why I chose this company to begin with. The other little bit that had me questioning them was I ordered something, they said It was delivered and I have cameras and It was never delivered. They specifically said to me that delivery says It was delivered and even though It was past my time to report It, they would send another one. I called them the very next day. Pretty much after your first order, nothing has a trial period. This is why the 3 stars.
I am 3.0 in the foundation and 3.5 in the concealer. I prefer the darker concealer to help cover my dark circles. I then go 2.5 on the inner and outer corners to brighten. Love this makeup!
I was faithful to my old brand of makeup for years but as I'm getting older I decided to try IL Makiage and so far I've been extremely happy with every product I've tried. The foundation and concealer are perfect matches to my skin and provides great coverage. The primer makes my skin feel and look great. The eyeliner pencil stays put with very little smudging as well. I have sensitive skin and have had no problem with any product and my skin looks smoother. The products are expensive but so far, worth it.
I absolutely love the foundation. I am 70, and I cannot believe the number of times that others have commented on how good I look without makeup. I am tempted to say I AM wearing makeup, but that would defeat the purpose:-). The downside is to watch the delivery dates on your account, I have a lot left of the first bottle of foundation, but yet they sent me a second bottle without notice. "Money-back guarantee" still means you have to pack up and return the darned thing.
I did a survey and this company gave me a gift card for doing it. I then used it to purchase an eyeliner and loved the color choices they have to offer so I made my choice and used the promo code. The website was very user friendly and checkout was quick and easy. Great experience overall. Thank you for the opportunity to help out.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
