All positive so far...I've ordered twice from this company, good directions on ordering/returns, simple process and things get processed in a timely manner. That alone will bring me back again. Took me a bit to get use to the foundation (sent first one back because I wasn't convinced) but then decided to give it another try. I really like it...color match was great!

I love the foundation I purchased that came in 2 days ago. I tend to experience allergic reactions to most cosmetics, but I have been using for 3 days now and haven't experienced this. I went back today for other cosmetics. Their shopping experience is very good with a minor detail but I can live with that. The detail is some times you have to go back to their main landing page and navigate through the hamburger icon, this can be frustrating. I'm looking forward to the other items I have ordered.

I am very fair skinned and always have trouble getting a good match on my face. The "woke up this way" foundation color that was selected by the online questions is spot on. The color blends so well. Its seamless. The coverage is full but feels light. Awesome product
Every time I have ordered, I am hit up to purchase more, more, more, and have had delivery issues where they pretend to use an incorrect shipping address and then try to sell more when I have to contact them to correct. This time they did not allow me to use the egift card I had, its just sell, sell, sell. No individual attention to my requests.
I had to send back to foundation orders until I sent a picture of myself and got A PERFECT MATCH!

The buying experience was poor. It just kept adding more and more products and I couldn't get through to the end to pay for what I actually wanted to buy. Additionally I might have been interested in other things but there were no descriptions of the products.

My hairstylist/makeup professional had me try the site to see if it could pick my Foundation color. It was perfect. Blends seamlessly with my skin tone. He checked out the color match- and was impressed. Plus the product goes on easy, builds coverage etc. I wish the site would make it easier to see lipstick colors etc. on a model with same skin tone. I find it difficult to pick up lipstick colors from the small color dots under the items.
Not impressed. I was 85/66 from quiz and followed instructions. I used 1 pump and my face is orange. It does go on smoothly and blends well but nobody wants a orange face. Note: If you are a older women with dark spots the tanner sticks to them and makes them darker. I do however like it on my legs. There is barely any smell at all and dries quick.
I ordered the foundation a couple month ago and I must say it is great. I love the match. It has always been hard to find a perfect match for my skin tone. I also purchased the exfoliator and it is perfect!
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
