Our personal and business accounts have had multiple zero-dollar "test" transactions, from this company, and we have never done any kind of business with them. It appears that somebody or some software, using an account based in this company, is "spamming" credit card processors in attempts to locate valid credit cards.
The worst customer service. So bad it feels scammy. I have neither the order nor the money I paid. I will never buy again.

Unlike other companies, the volume iherb write on the product is per serving (not per capsule) and their serving usually 3 or more capsules. So beware of their trick read carefully to be sure you're paying for what you need.

Purchased a pack of 6 boxes of tea. Only recieved 1 box. I purchased through walmart.com who uses iherb as the seller of this tea. Iherb does not respond to walmart or to my emails. So now I am stuck with 1 box of tea when I paid for 6! If I am a " valued customer", then please make this right, and stop ripping off your customers! Or at the very least, respond to customers trying to reach out to your customer service. What kind of company doesn't have a phone number that you can actually talk to someone, as your chat online gets you nowhere! I only wish I read all the negative reviews, prior to my purchase. Although I am not out alot of money, your customers should get what they paid for, and not get ripped off by iherb! I only hope they keep losing more and more customers if this practice continues. Avoid this company. They did not delivery my order and refunded the cost of products but now also postage. It was not my fault they did not deliver so why do I foot the cost of the postage?

This company is a scam, do not order from them. The costumer service is awful and don't trust the reviews on the page. It is only for "verified users". Meaning users that have got their order and are happy. Like I said TOTAL SCAM.

Be careful everyone! Iherb's website is very misleading and their delivery dates are incorrect. I thought my order was going to be dispatched from within the UK because during checkout, my order was only going to take 3-4 days to be delivered. After receiving dispatch email did I realise it was coming from America! Now the parcel is stuck in America and has been there for nearly a month, iherb was not helpful and reminded me they would only refund me the order, (more than £400) if they get the products back undamaged!
If I knew it was coming from America, I wouldn't have made any orders! And the parcel can't enter the UK because the herbal supplements are banned in the UK. Iherb's website, I believed the stock was in England and all the legal stuff and any paperwork was all done so they were allowed to sell the products in the UK.
I contacted iherb on many occasions, not only are they rude, they take no responsibility for misleading their customers and even have the audacity to say, I won't get a refund unless the products are returned!
I doubt they will reply to my email about DHL, I have little hope the company will do anything. Their thieves, don't shop from them.

We regret to hear of this confusion. We make it as clear as possible and even state during checkout that customs and duties fees may be applied on orders. Our about us page also clearly states we are based in the United States of America. We state in cart and during checkout in bold colored lettering that customs fees may apply. We do not mislead our customers and thousands of customers in the UK shop with us weekly.
Accordingly, any claims for a refund will have to be honored if we receive the products back in original condition. Please be advised, often times customs will simply dispose of packages. However, if they have stated they are returning the package to the sender then once we receive the package we can move forward with a refund.
We also state on the 'Learn More' page which items are prohibited for import into the UK which shows we are not based in the UK. We apologize for the confusion but believe we make it clear as can be that we are not based there.

I made a purchase for more than a thousand dollars for which they asked me for some transaction details for which I had to go to the bank to get them the required information. Despite that, they have cancelled my order. I had to re-order the things again. Unfortunately, the items arrived in a very bad condition. Everything was put in one box/ carton and lots of things got damaged.

Melted supplements delivered to me and iherbs expect me to pay the return delivery charges to the United States which has the same cost as the vitamins to refund me. This clause is not stated in the refund policy. Therefore it is a scam.
The customer service is not helping at all. They lied and couldn't even show me the clause in the website of any links that says customer has to pay return delivery charges. Look at the attachments. I even have a screenshot of their policy. And no one from iherbs bothered to explain and clarify any of my queries about the clause. No manager has contacted me as promised. Absolute scam.
Look at the attached pictures. I had to dig and separate the softgels because they were sticking together.

I wanted to buy four 10 ounce jars of jelly from them. When I went to check out, it said they could not be send with the free shipping option because the package would weigh TEN POUNDS. I tried dealing with customer service via chat--even got a live person to chat. But all that person could do was show me what I'd already seen... 10 pounds. While I was waiting for a supervisor to help, I looked at the reviews here. So GLAD I did... my gut feeling was confirmed by all the reviews saying how unreliable this company is. I should have known that a site that doesn't offer a phone number would be sketchy. Now I think I was "chatting" with some poor person in a third world country being paid pennies. Terrible!

Ok. I am 40 and pregnant. The vitamins are essential! I ordered Mother to Be from them and it came expired. So, I contacted them and they created the re-ship. Well, never got it. It's awful how iHerb treats their customer, and yet they claim they have excellent service. Very insincere and this is actually hurting iHerb's reputation. I've been investigating iHerb and I'm seeing negative reviews all over the Internet. There's no transparency. It's suspicious why they only have chat. I'm not surprised if they are trying to filter complaints. Management/Legal needs to know what's going on within their company. They might not even know that this increasing bad service is happening and can blow up in their faces soon. It's obvious iHerb wants to cut down on costs, hence they only provide chat support. Cutting down costs is fine, but don't do it when customer experience and the brand's reputation and trust is going to be affected greatly. It seems iHerb is becoming arrogant and feels they can treat their customers poorly since they're getting bigger.

I bought some items but were cancelled and when I logged in - my account was deactivated, I tried Chat and the bot attendant switched me to supposedly live attendant but got no answer with my problem. I was asked to wait for a n email 2-3 days in order for the technical people to attend to my problem.

Do not trust this company. They use brushing scam to engage people with their products.
They do not even have customer service available on the phone, they do it via chat. That way they make sure the complains do not go anywhere.

My last two orders were mis-shipped because the iHerb decided to ship my new orders to the first shipping address I used, not the new address I entered. #1 - iHerb has NO telephone support. #2 I tried to use the chat service and got a stupid robot that did not understand my inquiry. #3 Finally I got a live person on the chat forum. She was sweet; however, her typing was so slow I could take a nap between texts (not really that slow). #4 The recommended resolution was for me to go into their system and change my address. GEESH, I already did this when I placed the orders! How rude that they could not remedy their own mistake. #5 finally, they agreed to pay a refund. At this point I've been working on this for about an your to try to solve a simple issue. However, when their refund confirmation came across, they initially only refunded for the items and not the shipping charges. After another request to them, they refunded the shipping charges also. This company has a great line up of products. However, due to their awful ordering system and lack of efficient customer support, I must take my business elsewhere.

They are fast in shiping and have excellent prices of products. One thing I didn't like about them that there are some reviews about products have been removed because they are telling the truth about how bad or fake that product is.

Regarding fake products, that is defamation and none of our products are fake. They are purchased directly from the manufacturers themselves and on each product page we provide the contact information for the manufacturer. Most of the time when customers think a product is fake it is due to brand changes such as packaging, ingredients, etc. done on part of the manufacturer that customers are ignorant about. This is why we provide that contact information to empower customers to verify the authenticity of the products we sell even though we already do. Again, claiming a product is fake when it is not is defamation and will always result in a review being removed.
Also, the reviews posted above are not about experience of use with a product but more of a damage complaint which, again, will be removed because reviews are not the correct forum to voice such issues, customer support would be the correct forum.

I started shopping at iherb over the past few months and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Standard shipping is faster than Amazon Prime shipping (realistically "2 days" is more like 5 days at least). I was so surprised and elated to get my first order 1.5 days after ordering it, I wrote an email to customer service just to thank them. Some of the prices can't be beat as well. I get all my vitamins here now as well as my Acure face cream and Giovanni conditioner which I can't even find at another retailer.
