I bought five bottles of Pura D'or shampoo. Over $200 order. The bottles arrived in a box and one had exploded. All the product was covered in shampoo. But none of the bottles have the normal plastic shrink wrap on them that ensures the product was not tampered with and also ensures the pump does not release and spill shampoo all over. I have been ordering this product for years in the bottles always, shrink wrapped around the entire bottle and pump. The product was not the same color, not the same smell, and not the same consistency. When I contacted the company they simply told me they refused to replace the product. Then they told me to ship it at my own expense back to them which was almost $33 when I ordered. They refuse to cover any shipping costs. They have not answered any of my questions as to product authenticity and the reason why there is no shrinkwrap on the bottles as has always been standard when I've ordered from anywhere else.
I received delivery notification package was delivered to front door. I live in an apartment building and I'm unable to go up and down stairs. The shipper UDS did not ring bell or text. Just left it outside to be potentially stolen. Had they rang the bell, I could have buzzed and had the items put inside the door. Had I known they used sub par delivery service I never would have ordered. USPS rings doorbell and takes it back for pickup if there's no signature. I have to wait 7 hours for someone to get home... Horrible!
Update: a neighbor brought the box up and put it in front of my door. All is not lost.

Hey I do not know what happened but I found iHerb through Instagram. When I clicked to visit their website, I didn't purchase anything yet and just looked through the website. A few days later, I received a message from my bank saying that around 33 dollars was charged from my account! (Sorry I am from Vietnam so I can't get the exact value). I am now extremely confused because I have never purchased from this website at all and I believe that my information has been stolen for some reason. The one time I have ever interacted with this website was through instagram and I did not make an account, or any purchase at all. Please help.

I ordered my supplements from iherb and was asked to verify my account which I did however my order was cancelled. Since I urgently needed my supplements I ordered again and contacted customer service to help me with verification of my order. After numerous emails my order was cancelled again. One can imagine how unsatisfied and upset I am. I am a cancer patient going through chemotherapy atm and i need biotin supplements to make my hair grow.
To summarise it all I would not order again and will shop for my supplements in the reliable source.

I am Canadian. I logged on the Canadian platform (ca. I herb.com) and prices are Canadian dollars. For the second time in a row I was surprised by UPS asking me to pay very hefty duties before delivery. That's it for me I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I am sick and tired of these expensive unpredictable expenses. No more... unless you solve this big problem once and for all.

They stole my money and didn't deliver my shipment. They said it was lost! They didn't reimburse! They didn't respond! They carriers are the worst ever. Their communication is so poor. They basically stole my 300 dollars order and never delivered anything.

IHerp should be ashamed of their selves. Their website is so pathetic it could not even send me a temporary user code so I placed my order with Swanson Health and all was well. The only other sad part was I was trying to buy some vitamins on Amazons website and it sent me to iHerb.com... what has happened to the good old days when Amazon was simple and straight forward. Amazon doesn't care about it's customers either only about generating income from advertisers and trying to shove as much junk as they can in front of you.

Lost my money and nerves...
If you are from eu think twice before ordering from iHerb. Just got the most unpleasant experience. The items i ordered arrived but then i needed to fill in number of customs declarations and to fax them to UPS franchise here in croatia... and all this to be charged some 20 euros more then! So, i do the paper work, they get the money. When i complained to iHerb because nowhere was i warned of this procedure in advance they told me that if UPS now returns my purchase they will maybe give me money back but minus all expenses which means i will probably get nothing. Basically this means i will pay for the products i returned and iHerb can then sell them again... which is a great business plan. So, never again and really, if you are from any eu country, i would not recommend you ordering stuff from iHerb. It will cost you money and lots of nerves, it's way too stressful.

I made an order November 11,2020. On that day, my card was charged 193.98 Aed/Dirhams. Customer Service said it is an authorization charge but I was already deducted. As per the customer service of IHerb, I will only be charge once the item is shipped. When the item was shipped, I was deducted again 196.41 dirhams which is a different amount from the total charged. I was charged November 14,2020 for amount 196.41 and 193.98 aed. So, what is the 196.41 that they charged me? I always checked my funds before and after I order and I know you charge me guys! I also checked my bank afterward. I NEED THE 196.41 AED/Dirhams BACK. You double charge me IHerb. During this pandemic, every bit of cents is important. I was a first time user on IHerb and this was really a bad experience. I thought I can save money by ordering from IHerb but it seems I didn't. This is a waste of money and time. BAD EXPERIENCE ON IHERB! I am planning to buy more on your website but I CHANGED MY MIND.

Further to my review re our problems with this company in Spain, I sent a letter to their head office in the USA detailing our experience of their service. They have neither acknowledged or responded to my feedback. Which confirms the blatant disreguard that they have for customer care or focus.

I don't recommend at all buying products from IHerb.
The expedition of the products is a CATASTROPHE! 5 weeks waiting for my products. No information about the delivery status from IHerb. I spent so much time sending emails to an after-sale service which gives you opposite answers!
Finally, the product has been returned to United States when it arrived in France!
Iherb and DHL consider both that they were not responsible in the situation, you pay expensive fees and you will never receive your product!
I asked to be refund, and they paid me back only the delivery price. I'm struggling for several weeks to be refund for the price of the product but nothing!
Iherb are not honest, are robbers! Iherb has no respect for the customers! It's unacceptable!
Moreover, be careful with the composition of their products, for most of them, you will find phenoxyethanol or Petroleum derivative which are dangerous for health!
Stay away from Iherb! I am shocked by their unscrupulous practises!

I am a new mom, in the middle of this pandemic and went to this website to purchase my prenatal vitamins... when they arrived, I checked all the expiration dates (on the 6 boxes I ordered) and they ALL will be expiring in only a few months. I emailed customer service to tell them the issue and how I will only be able to use 2 boxes before they expire and they just said I could have $10 off my next order or I could send them back, but they don't pay for shipping!
Completely TERRIBLE customer service! Clear to see they are scam artists as a company as well.
