This used to be a reliable company, but they're shifty thieves now, so I made an account specifically to warn people here. I am dealing with the same things so many other people here have noted: I put in an order, was charged for it, and then was unable to log in again or check tracking. They have no customer service. They don't pick up their phones and they take about a day to respond to messages. (They completely ignore emails.) They're just giving me the runaround, pretending like they care. My account was deactivated for absolutely no reason, and they're just giving me the runaround to avoid speaking to me because they have my money. After reading other people's experiences having the same problems, I'm just glad I didn't spend thousands of dollars with these crooks and liars. Dishonest, thieving, and shady. Stay away from this company.

I have been buying from iHerb for years but no long. Twice now I have submitted honest reviews and they have been rejected. Obviously this same issue is happening for other customers so their review system cannot be trusted.

In a sea of amazing websites who needs iherb?!? I could not even get past the login/create an account phase! They want your first born to even open an account. Lets get this straight, YOU will not get my phone number. Just who do you think you are and more importantly who do you think you're dealing with? I will never, ever, shop with your company. There is no real human for customer service, so you'll be left trying to resolve your issue with a bot! Unbelievable for a company that makes millions. They ship orders with Lasership. The worst shipping carrier that will lose your package and never gets delivered. When trying to get a refund for your lost package they won't refund you but they have enough money to sponsor YouTubers frequently. Disgusted with this Iherb. I wish I never would've ordered with them. Truly regret it. I hope this company disappears.

We have ordered from iHerb for a while and have been pleased with their products. I recently had a delivery problem. OMG, trying to get this resolved has been a nightmare. They are reducing costs and customer service no longer accepts phone calls. You are directed to their email or a chat session. They direct you first to their autobot chat which is one of the worst I've seen. Overall trying to explain the problem and get resolution was difficult. This is all about cutting costs and nothing about servicing the customer. I don't even care if I get the product now. I will just order it all on Amazon. At least they take care of their customers. This was my last order with this place. There is no focus on the consumer here at all. Bye Bye iHerb! Good luck with your cost saving program.

The website is a joke. It randomly deletes carts. Staff takes no responsibility for it. I just spent 2+ hours adding 300 dollars worth of items into my cart. Then it disappeared. I was logged in the whole time, and at one point began to see random popup errors, telling me to contact admin if that happens. As if iherb.com ever hired an admin, or knows what an admin is. If you use this crappy website, keep making screenshots every 5 minutes, or write down your products in pencil like you did in 1990. Horrible, frustrating, junky website. Large selection of products. Negative reviews are deleted 90% of the time (by their staff). None of my positive reviews were ever deleted by their staff, so take reviews with a grain of salt. There is a lot more junk on iherb.com than the reviews would suggest.

I like the fact that iherb offers a variety of health & beauty products. The prices a decent, however they have the worst and weirdest return/refund policy. Instead being normal like other companies allowing consumers to return or refund within 30-90 days, they get to decide based on your questionnaire to approve or decline your "request". A "request"? Why do I have to ask permission on a product I paid for? Amazon allows returns or store credit or back to original card payment. Iherb needs to change their policy.

Seriously guys, i really dont understand why there are so many negative reviews about IHERB on the internet! I have ordered so many times from IHERB and trust me, i had the most fantastic shopping ever EACH AND EVERY TIME i have ordered from them. Good prices, rocket speed deliveries, geniune products every time, and the best part. I HERB takes import charges from you while you are checking out on their page, and the customs clearance takes hardly a day! When i have ordered from other courier services, the shipments get stuck in the customs indefinitely for days, and its such a stressful experience.
Guys, dont go by the negative reviews. Trust me, IHERB simply rocks. Try it once, you will simply love the shopping experience!

I purchased from iHerb for the 1st time, so I can't comment on deliveries just yet. IHerb does not use a phone number and only directs me to it's automated customer service. I can't login to my account and it has been inactive for no reason. The site says accounts will become active 1 hour after a login error, but this has not happened. I've sent in an email and ticket but got no response from the company for 2 days. I don't know my order status despite subscribing to the SMS update service. There are no updates or menu options in the SMS service. There are too many restrictions just to get updates on my order!

Really a shame to see a friendly, low-key company turned into a relatively large corporate entity. They were a really super, high quality company for decades. Now I even understand they are partially owned by a Huge Chinese Company. (Nothing against the Chinese part, it's the huge, not local $ I dislike.) You can trace the devolution of the company by the many, many different discounts they've tried. My favourite were the VIP days when you could get a large discount whenever you liked, based on how much you spent. You could always reach someone locally by phone. Shipping was always super fast, and packing really professional. It's such a shame that success seems to mean growing ever bigger, which rarely means better. As we can witness in this case. Also they had the absolutely best price discounts on brands like Healthy Origins. Now they don't even carry the line anymore. And they do seem absurdly to go out of their way to cancel accounts and orders that is really puzzling, and laughingly misdirected.

Order 4 items - they want an authorization code from the bank - waste my time going in circles with the bank that doesn't have the number, iherb asks me for personal info that I provide and then they cancel the order anyway.
Funny how my refund didn't hit immediately - don't waste your time I think if you order from Latin American countries they racially profile that you must be a crook bc I didn't have any of these requirements when I ordered in Amsterdam.

I ordered 4 products, never received an email confirmation. One product missing. I have no way of getting invoice as they have no copy of my purchase. They claim they cannot do anything unless they have my email address. I provided them with address and it shows I didn't buy anything from them. My Mastercard was charged. They need to find a way to find your order besides an email address. I am pissed because I got ripped off with one product yet they did not include an invoice. I provide as much info as possible including a picture of box with ref #; my phone number; my emails; my last name which is the only one in Canada to no avail. Year 2021 and today's technology and they have no other way to track my order/invoice. Idiots
IHerb sent me expired bars with an expiration date of 4/9/21 and I received them on 4/24/21.
Never buying anything from them and they do not respond to phone calls or emails.

I am having my second problem in 2 weeks, they never resolved the first one,( somehow that got resolved with someone not from iherb as an aside). Now, I am going through the same nightmare, back and forth day by day with their advisors wasting my time as they DO NOTHING, and do not pass you to technical and attempt to resolve the problem. Iherb always used to get lots of bad reviews for customer service, I now strongly suspect they have bought in some false "good reviews" that unfortunately is becoming common practise.
