I have no cell phone so it was good that they offered the video chat but of course my computer didnt work so she helped me do it threw my daughters phone.
Have to get verification texts as you go, says to give 10 mins to get, took 45mins. Second one never came and had to repeat the whole process again. IRS slow when you need an answer as always.
