Where did they go? It was a frustrating experience. Skip the "fast" smart phone way and save yourself hours of frustration. The video agent method was long, but at least a human being was available to speak to me.

I totally did not expect dealing with the government website that it would go so quick so easy everything was very self-explanatory when they told you to have certain documents you have to have it everything went really quick and fast even had to speak to an agent.they give you a little bit of time whenever you submit your documents to verify yourself they say like two to three days till they get back to you but mine was like the very next day and then from there as long as you are doing it quickly then they're even quicker so it's very simple very to the point and the overall experience was great
