I was doing my taxes and after i was done with them i recieved a msg that i had to be cleared my ID.Me before i sent my taxes to the IRS otherwise they would reject my taxes. I followed the links and a page came up on my phone that i had to be verified by ID.Me. It instucted me to put my face in a box on my phone and allow Id.me to take my picture. I did as they instructed and it took what looked like a phycodelic picture of my face. And then it stopped and gave me an error and told me to try back a little later. So i fogot about it and made a note to contact where i did taxes and id.me on monday to try the process again. Then i got this from id.me telling me i was approved they were satified i was me.

Easy and very upfront had a smile and was understanding

After a hour I gave up and called turbo tax for help after another 50 minutes with their help we finally got my id any I can say it was not easy at all
