This is the DUMBEST, most annoying, most exaggerated, most ridiculous, most burdensome nonsense I have ever seen. Somebody has taken a problem and blown it completely out of proportion. Now this NEW private business has access TO ALL MY ID AND HAS SEEN MY CREDIT REPORT. And for what? The problem did NOT require this over-the-top solution that can cause yet another problem with ID theft. And the instructions weren't even clear. Why isn't the user warned that a next step would be to access credit reports so they can be unblocked if necessary? And how many damn times does a user have to receive codes and re-enter passwords. And there should be MANY MORE DISCLOSURES as to exactly what is going to happen with all my ID, pictures, etc. This needs to be shut down immediately.
They're system kept denying my information and I had to keep submitting in my picture ID and do the video verification like 10 times… ugh glad it finally went through.
