Taking a picture of a drivers license, and a Social Security card to me and transferring it through video, is unsecure. Whether they say it's secure or not. Too much opportunity to be stolen. Third party operation. There are other ways for identifying an individual.
Complicated but successful. I was able to locate the information that I needed.
After getting an undescriptive error message 7 times I was finally able to get it to accept my information and verify my military service but never completed the entire process so the corporation looking for the verification never received it, I then had to go through the process yet again.
I don't have a computer with a camera or microphone. So it took me more trys than it should have. I'm satisfied with my results but I had to download the zoom app to do it.

WAY better than having to go somewhere and do this in person - only glitches for me weren't actually glitches, they were a bit of confusion between using my computer and using my phone. If there was a bit more clarity of what sequence to expect that worked while I was performing the activity instead of wondering if I was taking the right step I'd have given it 5 stars - and if there was a 4.5 here Id have given it that.
