Answered few simple general questions and uploaded my ID front nd back made me feel alright about doing what was asked to ensure it was me!

I was extremely, and pleasantly surprised at the eve of which I was able to register. ID: ME was one of the options they provided for me to get an easy access to the paperwork that I needed. I am legally blind, and it is very difficult for me to read without using a powerful magnifying glass. I thank God for ID: ME.

Locked out attempted to call customer service which is automated and asked for Live person and mo one available and call back later. This is not customer service.

Over all experience were great specially for my own file setup, but for my husband we spent many many hours going in and out try to work out why he can sign in to his ID.me but the profile is without his name, only the email address at the email column. Been as for the IA help still didn't work out. We spend more than 4 to 5 hours but still couldn't fix the problem.

Setting the account up was really easy and straightforward. My documents uploaded with ease and im glad there were options. Having this makes me feel safer about my information and the protection from fraud in any capacity. Navigating through was also really easy. Definitely a must have in my opinion.

This is a good mfa once your documents are uploaded. The uploading may take some extra effort. This system partners with many government departments and makes accessing them simple.
