I was forced to provide additional information to a private company so that I could access my social security and Medicare account. I don't know why this company needs to collect this information and have access to my benefit information. I feel my information is less secure with the involvement of a third party. Now someone else and their fellow employees and friends have access to my SSN, bank account, driver license, photo ID and other personal information.

Over all experience were great specially for my own file setup, but for my husband we spent many many hours going in and out try to work out why he can sign in to his ID.me but the profile is without his name, only the email address at the email column. Been as for the IA help still didn't work out. We spend more than 4 to 5 hours but still couldn't fix the problem.
