This experience was very satisfying and easy to complete. My only challenge is the double verification which I understand why it is important jus a pain to complete.

Just tired going through this cause there should be a automatic discount for loyalty when you been with the company for many years. There's other stores with lower prices but I maintain my loyalty with Verizon so trying to keep the discount should be done different
