I needed to apply for disability my phone number changed which meant I was unable to get verification code. For over 6 days I sent messages to support only to get a robot with inch couldn't do any but ask generated questions!
I am so upset and maybe the government needs to shut down illegal immigration's if Americans getting their well deserved benefits are being hindered due to an insufficient verification process!

I chose ID.me when I was required to pick a 3rd party verification system for paying federal withholding for my employer. The SSA has recently required additional security measures requiring an increased level of verification. I had to verify my physical identity against my driver license. It was a slick process. Now that I'm verified it's pretty slick to get into these websites to get my work completed.
