For 2 days & hours & hours of my time I just want to update my name on my profile. For some reason it shows my email address. Your support tells me to go on my profile & update my name! There is no where to click! It only show you can click on update address… It is very frustrating that I cannot speak to a human being when I have filled our a support form 4 x's. You have to have an agent (no an AI useless bit) to help when your support does not & the website does not correlate/follow the instructions.plz get a human to help when all else fails!
