I used my NY Drivers License for enrolling in ID.me for IRS.gov. Started on my PC, then provided my mobile number and received the link on my mobile as SMS, followed the prompts, provided the snapshots requested for my drivers license (had to take them twice), then enabled the camera for a selfie against a white background (no glasses, that was tricky for me, couldn't see the instructions),, waited a few seconds for approval, went back to my PC to confirm information presented to me, and completed the whole process, from beginning to end, in about 5 min.

I like the product. Needs some honing of it's intuitiveness. Keep the instructions more concise and with a visual roadmap to walk us through the process. Keep up the good work!
