The entire process including authentification is so poorly designed that it takes three hours to complete. It is an absolute waste of time for poorly explained information. My experience was abominable…An absurd waste of time working on an incompetent site. The worst I've ever experienced in my entire life.

I was initially a bit apprehensive about using this app as an added security layer only because my past experience with some of these types of software that are well intended, can quickly become extremely difficult to set up, and therefore most of the time one will not proceed due to it's challenges in set up. This app is very friendly user, with a quick and easy setup. I also liked that I could open multiple windows without loosing any of the information/work that I had already done.

Time taking,hard to verify and to hard for me thou, but this isn't the best way not everyone is a tech, so it is making things hard for them to go along with and they suspend account so quick for some unreasonable reason which is not to be accepted

It's been many years since I've used the IRS website. Boy was I surprised that I couldn't simply look something up and be done with it! I had to get an ID validating I am who I said I was. It was a very quick process. The hardest part was figuring out how to do a selfie. For some reason my selfie had issues and was not accepted. The reward for that was an actual human had to make the comparison with my drivers license. The young human man was friendly, professional, and polite.
This made it so simple to identify me as a student and help me get some supplies I needed. Instead of the normal student verification process
Using Firefox on Linux, could see but not hear the agent. Not sure the agent could hear me as I received a popup telling me my microphone should be unmuted (it was).

It was pleasant and pretty fast for the most part. The system seems to work with what has been brought into the program. Other things could be added, but, there's a chance those things might have to be brought with the person creating a fiasco. So what you have works.
